We are looking for someone to become a key member of our growing construction team, with the view of taking on a senior onsite position. You will be working closely with skilled tradesmen and apprentices, while building high quality, rewarding projects.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Construction qualification, and a minimum 4 years landscape experience.
• A strong work ethic, honesty, maturity, and reliability.
• A mature, career minded approach towards their job.
• An ability to confidently lead and motivate team members.
• A well-presented appearance and manner.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• High level of pride towards quality of work and customer service.
• Own suitable car and manual driver’s licence.
• Pro-activeness and the ability to work unsupervised.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Willing to undergo police checks and a physical assessment.
